Along with passion, I bring a commitment to the process of growth and transformation for my clients. I love learning and collecting ideas and experiences to incorporate new discoveries in my clients and my own life. I am an edge walker who has the creative ability to walk between worlds, building connections for innovative new ways of being and doing. I have learned simple effective techniques to stay sane and manage my energy and thoughts in the VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous), post-pandemic world we are all trying to figure out daily and offer them to my clients.

I draw on my background, training and expertise as an ordained pastor in the Presbyterian Church (USA), a CTI (Co-Active Training International) certified coach and graduate of the CTI Leadership program, an Intuition Medicine Practitioner® from the Academy of Intuition Medicine®, certification in Spirituality, Health and Medicine from Bastyr University and certification in Trauma Wellness Techniques from Capacitar International. My original studies were in Microbiology and Chemistry with a minor in Music Literature and Dance to stay sane!

I live a full, balanced life, foster bunny rabbits, quilt, expose myself to art and nature, travel as much as I can and am the co-founder of C Street Village Cohousing. I live my life with passion, and I invite you to join with me to ignite your passion and flourish in life.
